Faith's Story

Kidnapped. Raped. Dumped in a swamp. This is the appalling case of Faith, who was recently found unconscious with deep cuts to her face. She’s just three years old.

With our help, a suspect was identified and arrested. But his trial has already been adjourned three times. And unless we keep up the pressure, there’s a chance he will never see the inside of a courtroom.

Please can you help our lawyers seek justice for victims like Faith by donating today?

It’s shocking to think that a suspect in such a horrific and devastating case wouldn’t face trial. But if it wasn’t for us, the suspect would almost certainly be a free man right now.

The sad truth is that if you want to get justice, you need money, something children don’t have.

Our children’s rights specialist legal team doesn’t just go to court. They found Faith, they gathered evidence, they made sure she got to hospital and they’re providing on going support for Faith and her family.

That’s why our legal aid is so important. It means we can stand up for children like Faith, who’d be powerless otherwise.

Donate here.

Your donation could help us make sure that abusers and child killers are put away for good. These are the stakes we’re dealing with. Every day, our lawyers seek justice for victims of the most distressing crimes imaginable.

But the fact of the matter is that it’s people like you who fund our lawyers. Without the generosity of our supporters, we wouldn’t be here today – and we wouldn’t be taking on Faith’s case.

We urgently need your support. Please donate here.

In fact, if we didn’t exist, we wouldn’t have been able to launch the search party that found Faith in the first place. She may still be in that swamp right now, her young life cut brutally short.

Since the attack, Faith has had two surgical procedures due to the injuries she sustained. She’s still in hospital today. But she survived thanks to people like you.

Our work really is a matter of life and death. I can’t stress enough how much we appreciate and need your continued support.

If you can help Faith and children like her, please donate today.
